Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@buildlearningkids.com with the subject "Delete my Build Learning account".
2. Send the request from the email address you used to create the account, so we can verify it is really you.
3. We will delete the account and confirm by reply within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your parent account (email address and password)
• All child profiles on the account (first name, avatar)
• All synced learning progress, stars, streaks, and word statistics

Everything is deleted permanently. Nothing is retained after deletion except records we are legally required to keep, if any.

Using the app without an account

If you never created an account, the apps store progress only on your own device. Uninstalling an app removes all of it. Nothing exists on our servers to delete.
